I was nervous about ordering something so personal online, but I’m blown away by the quality and detail of this keychain. Leo’s picture came out beautifully, and the engraving on the back is perfect. It’s such a thoughtful design, and I can’t recommend it enough

We lost our dear furry baby Cilla in May, she was 15yrs 5 mths we loved her very much. I wanted something special in memory of her and saw the plaques. The beautiful verse ‘Waiting at the door’ made be tearful every time I saw the add so I ordered one. Although the delivery is a long time due to coming from China, as I understand, Jenny was constantly emailing me to ensure my order was on the way. It arrived today and it is beautiful and far better than expected. If you don’t mind waiting about 2-3weeks delivery then I can highly recommend it was worth the wait! 🥰
