Orders and Payment

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations or make you happy. We want you to have the best experience possible with your orders, so if you're not satisfied, please contact us via our Livechat or Email. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions to resolve the issue.

To help us address the issue as quickly and effectively as possible, we kindly ask that you include a photograph of the item you received and let us know why you are not happy with your order. We will use this information to review your order and improve our service and products.

Please note that our policy lasts for 365 days from the arrival date. If more than 365 days have passed since you received the item, we regret that we cannot offer a solution.

We understand that it can be frustrating to receive a product that is defective or does not function properly. Please know that we take full responsibility for any damage that may have occurred during production or delivery, and we want to make things right for you.

To ensure that we can process your returns and refund as quickly and effectively as possible, we kindly ask that you include a photograph of the poor quality or damaged area of the item. For the best results, please take the photo on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. Once we confirm the situation, we will send you a replacement item without requiring you to return the defective one. Additionally, we will use the information from the photo to improve our processes and eliminate errors in the future.

We understand that accidents happen and that normal wear and tear is a natural part of using a product. However, please keep in mind that our warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to damages caused by accidents, improper care, sun exposure, or aftermarket modifications. Our policy lasts for 20 days from the arrival date, and unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or replacement if it has been more than 20 days since you received the item.

Experiencing a delayed delivery can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please rest assured that you have the right to request a refund or a replacement. Our customer service team is available via chat to assist you with the highest priority. Simply provide your order information, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please keep in mind that we require your request to be submitted to our team within 2 months of placing your order. After this time, tracking information may have expired, making it difficult for us to assist you further.

If we proceed with a refund, it may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

We want to ensure that you have a positive experience with us and will do our best to resolve any issues with your order. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Refer to the following table for more details.

  • Credit card: Up to 10 business days
  • Paypal: 3 to 5 business days

Note: In case the credit has not been posted to your account yet, please contact the card-issuing bank for further assistance.

Shipping & Returns

Please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the incorrect item's name and photo. The team will sort out any issues with incorrect items straightaway.

We may have sent your items in separate packages so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. 

If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. 

In the cases where customer would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, we cannot exchange the products as they are made to order. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this might have cause. We are working hard to find a solution to this. In the meantime, thank you for your continuous supports.

Return and Refund

We will usually refund what you paid for your order but not the delivery charges (fee & tax where applicable). For more information check our Shipping and Return.

If you have cancelled your orders, then we will refund what you paid for your order but not the delivery charges (fee & tax where applicable) within 5 business days. 

If the funds have not been released after 7 working days then please get in touch with the Customer Care team and we'll look into it further for you.

Because it is specifically personalized made, we can only accept refunds before 24 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Product Care

When handling your printed garments, it’s important to treat them with extra care and take into account our simple advice outlined below. This is to ensure you can enjoy your item for a long time, and that it offers the most value to you.

1. Turn your clothes inside out before putting them in the washing machine.
2. Wash your garment at a low temperature.
3. Use a mild laundry detergent.
4. Go to the old-fashioned way and hang them to dry. Do not tumble dry!
5. Always iron inside out.

If you have any undesirable problems with our printed products, despite had followed our above Product Care guidelines, don't hesitate to send us an email with a photo of the faulty product to support@memorialgifts4u.com.

Depend on your case, we may be able to send a replacement up to 30 days after the delivery date.
Any refund or replacement requests received after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
